Primary System

Sets specified semester dividing into students’ enrollment, accounting, registration, course/test schedule    management and transcript issues
Sets information in subjects, education form/plan, course modules, section/category, center, faculty,    department, curriculum, education background, fields, education levels, location, room, types of    application, personnel recruitment control, student types, academic types, provinces, title name,    nationality, races, religions, former education levels, former education institutes, former field, former    education background, country, material status reports, occupation, job position, student status, admission    unit, admission types, receipt types, document cancellation types, repetitious typing types, courses,    course syllabus, academic plan, instructors, students profile, education profile, accounting management,    score types, total score and grading

Education Plan Administration System

Education Plan Administration System has to cover related tasks such as course syllabus, education plan and course/test schedule management

Manages overall university’s course syllabuses dividing in faculty, program, subjects and education levels    such as course syllabus title, available faculty, major, minor, education levels, section, category, specified    subjects’ detail and total credit
Approaches university’s courses information described as the followings :

    Subject code and title in both Thai/English
    Credits by parts: practical part, lecture part and theoretical part
    Subject affiliation such as faculty, department/program and field
    Course detail and description in both Thai and English edition

Manages instructors profile such as codes, names, types, affiliation, etc.
Manages classroom, sports stadium including lab information: classroom code, building, floor, room     number, amount of students, etc.
Administrates curriculum information for each semester accordance with subject requirement structure. In    order that, students will be able to verify available subjects and academic affairs division staffs can    arrange information suddenly either.
 Registers course/teaching/test schedule for each semester. With this function, users can register in    existing courses such as subject code, instructor, classroom, date/time, group and total amount of    students
Manages semi-auto course/test schedule and detects overlap date & time of course/teaching schedule
Links and transfers former lesson plan adapting to the new courses within the same curriculum
Classifies existing course of students’ groups automatically

Student Enrollment Application System

Student Enrollment Application System has to cover related tasks regarding application for study works: exam registration, announcement of qualified applicants, student admission exam, exam results evaluation. And after all, student data will be transferred to registry system then evaluated in order to enroll

Arranges student enroll application data dividing to education levels, program, examination subjects, etc.
 Registers applicants’ information to students profile dividing to name, surname, latest university, previous    education background, transcript, GPA, etc.
Automate applicants’ code and examination rooms
Evaluates exam scores and then ranks writings and examinees name list
Manages related reports: applicants’ name list report, applicants’ name list by examination room, qualified    writings examinees name list, etc.



Registration and Measurement System

Registration and Measurement System has to cover related tasks: student profile registration, credit registration, cumulative credit evaluation, credit transference, credit verification and graduation evaluation and so on

Manages student profile regarding diplomats and bachelors degree as the following details: student ID    number, full name, address, curriculum, education level, class, etc.
Examines semester registration. Students can examine or take courses themselves via computer network    linking to the system. Otherwise, they can send filled registration form to registration division in order to    have their chosen courses registered
Reports individual semester registration form as an evidence. And then students can have tuition,    referenced to the registration form, paid at registration division
Evaluates students’ academic record optionally based on expediency. For instance, valuators has to    choose to perform record of learning (ROL) through network or record of learning in RAM
Provides official academic record enquiry services in any required semester via computer network linking    to the system or internet. Therefore, students just login with their own ID number following with password
Provides student self-service for the entire academic record examination in order to compare and verify    graduation by curriculum
Reports unofficial transcript
Reports duplicate transcript, English and Thai each being equally authentic, via laser printer for individual    students
Reports student name list dividing to subjects and instructors as the instructors can examine it
Examines student graduation by curriculum
Presents graduate student name list to Thai University Councils for approval
Displays degree conferees’ name list
Issues diploma and degree
Reports related tasks: students name list by class; total amount of students report by types

Student Affairs System

Student Affairs System has to cover related tasks: student profile, student activities administration, education loan administration, etc.

Manages individual student profile dividing to parents/guardians and relatives information
Arranges students’ annual activity participation dividing to activity types, activity titles, etc.
Manages award records dividing to award/scholarship types, award/scholarship titles, etc.
Manages probation records dividing to probation types and penalty

Arranges education profile dividing to former education institute, acquired educational background, major
Manages student education loan or fund: semester loan, semester tuition
Reports related tasks: total amount of loanees report, other profile reports

 

Supporting External Division Information Transference System

Transfers information to ICL consisting of curriculum, student and registration information

 

Internet Information Enquiry

Internet Information Enquiry has to cover related system as profiling system that summarizes profiles and information in patterns and perspectives then displays them on the internet in students, internal and external users’ services section

Displays university’s available courses and tuition throughout semester
Displays amount of the entire students within university such as total amount of the students in specified    year dividing to faculty or gender, new entry, graduate students and retirees
Displays total amount of the loaned students (education fund) profile with semester tuition and    accumulated loan

 

Student Services and Registration System via Internet System

Student Services and Registration System via Internet System has to cover related tasks: student displaying system, semester registration via internet, etc.

Provides login security. In this case, students can create their own password and recover password
Examines course/teaching/classroom utility schedule in order to register semester registration and test    schedule

Examines academic records displaying in semester or cumulative term. In addition, students even choose   whether graduation information is displayed or not
Verifies semester available courses for registration
Manages internet registration. For this system capability, students can detect overlap date & time of    course/test schedule, excess credit and semester tuition receipt then operate its payment at bank
Verifies logged in students’ profile: birth date, address and activity participation records

 

Administrator Information System

Summarizes the entire student profile dividing to other sorts: total amounts of the students by year,    faculty, gender, new entry, graduate students and retirees
Examines overall students and instructors profiles
