These days, all organizations have attempted to focus essentially on Human Resource Management, using computer system in storing data in order to create individual employee profile which can beneficially relieve human resource management process by evaluating several varieties of mass employee data in the best accuracy and safety way, and accelerate information services for departments and personnel. Consequently, supervisors would be able to view all of the employee data in their own departments. Furthermore, employee can adjust their profile only in authorized section. When entire data is ready, the system will proceed to link departments into itself, such as training department, evaluation and measurement department, payroll department, and social welfare department.

Personnel profile storing and connection system consists of employee profile, summary of employee’s work experience, training and development data, workplace discipline data, personnel individual performance data, previous merit increase, competency and capability data, absence report, welfare benefits, and privileges. As seen in the items above, the system will summarize them to personal employee’s profile efficiently.

The computer-based Human Resource system provides workforce dispatch system that conformed to economic duress and organization/division’s policy by concentrating on advantaging human resource allocation and development with proper tasks and employees’ competency. Moreover, it can control task framework and workforce with appropriate proportion, consider employee desirable characteristics, and analysis workforce to cope with workforce administration within department; as a result, the authorized officers would be able to specify job positioning, job description, intellectual ability, skills, and work experience’s length, and then classify as position profile.

The system is also capable for salary evaluation, such as summarizing income and calculating the types of personal income tax. More precisely, users can connect the calculated result to banks’ network via remote access for transferring salary and welfare benefits to employees’ accounts. Additionally, it is available for printing tax report and attaching it to Revenue Department or even offering funds information, such as social security fund and provident fund in text file format enclosed with face sheet.

In conclusion, executive manger can retrieve the information, displayed in the particular format they desired, which is found to be flexible, convenient, and fast. All based on an accurate rapid reliable search system method regarding human resource management’s analysis, determination and planning.

  Job occupation record task takes part in profile storage, prior to appointment up until separation and basically refers to command sets , also stores managerial position profile
 
  Work record task takes part in employee work history report storage, such as salary increase/decrease list, welfare drawing, overtime working, discipline penalty
 
  Employee salary calculation record task takes part as a storage of funds member profile, tax deduction list, bank account, also supports back-pay list and monthly expenses

Employee Self Service (ESS)
 
Employee Self Service (ESS) is the employee information service program which enables them to inquire or adjust data of their own within yielding authority, such as leave request, overtime work request, address adjustment, education background, training, etc. All displayed by user authority and user group diversity as following:
 
  Employee group
 

Permitted to view only their own profile, accessing the others is disabled. Group user can insert overtime work request, absence/leave/late arrival request, daily work data, also print their daily work report and evaluation.

 
  Administrator group
 
Exclusively viewing their own profile including employees’ ones within the affiliation and retrieve them as desired. Moreover, they can set personnel salary viewing option after setting authority at program 10030 then selecting viewable status: employee data or salary data.

  Calculating OT from cash drawing setting automatically by setting OT ratio of 1, 1.5, 2, 3 or fixed ratio payment into payroll system via Employee Self Service menu , that enables users to select periodic term of back pay

KPI Setting (Key Performance Indicator)

 
  Converting employee performance evaluation in KPI, divided as groups then users can sort by level, position, division, or personnel type. However, KPI setting has to be flexible, adjustable in every year ,therefore, significantly, the system would be able to support various evaluation criteria of KPI setting and retrieve previous KPI from last year according to calendar year
 
  KPI setting can be considered from Job Analysis; evaluation factors: position, division, and time according to Function Description; as a result, users can obviously see how job description on positions is. setting vision, mission, objectives, etc
 
 Employee can create their own KPI; meanwhile, evaluation & measurement division is able to determine indicators’ weight, consider then grade standard evaluation group as annual system operation begins

Competency Evaluation

 
 Competency and position. Competency can be categorized into these following types:Core Competency , Functional Competency, and Leadership Competency

 Data calculation for each GAP and HR Department can view data as employee group or itemized format and retrieve proper/over standard data or GAP, such as level, individual, group, division by indicating evaluation result as grade. In addition, Administrator can inquire any departments a Worksheet for adjusting salary or bonus
 

Report

 

In order that supervisor can examine the increased salary in percentage and the amount of payment referred to evaluation grade that employee achieved before merit increasing confirmation process

 
 Evaluation grade will be appended with increased salary by percentage condition as recorded
 
 Supervisor would be able to examine or adjust increased salary by pressing adjust button
 
 If all merit increasing resources are ensured, press confirm button, once the reconfirm screen will preferably display requiring a second users action whether they will adjust them or not
 
 When confirming salary data adjustment is completed, system will adjust new salary data into database
 
  Employee can review their own salary data from Employee Self Service
 
 

Bonus

 
Support bonus in the amount or periodic(monthly) term , indicated with note, then press save button
