In the year 2009, overall economic situation was positive because of effectively governments stimulating scheme. But this stimulating was emphasized to manufacturer and private consumption sector. Not for quality or procedure improvement that effected to the Companys business which provide system development and quality or procedure improvement to government sector. However the Company still continuously develop quality of our products and services to appreciate our customers.
During the year 2009, the Company had changed the major shareholders structure from Maneesilasan group to Vongchinsri group. Its friendly take over and the former management team are still joined with the new management team. Also set up Companys direction ,plan and policy for expansion of our business and generate incoming income and long term income.
Carefully managed ,reasonable administered in the right time are our duties for effectiveness, efficiency and due to beneficially to all our stakeholders.
